A pen pal ministry to young people

This is a ministry to troubled young people on Long Island who have yet to be assigned a mentor in our One to One Ministry. Kids Courier mentors write to these children on a weekly basis as a way to minister the love of God through regular attention. What kid does not love to receive mail? This ministry is especially good for Christians who cannot drive, those whose work hours do not allow them to be available during daylight hours or those who are out of town a lot. The sad truth is that many kids stay on the waiting list until they 'age out'. This ministry is a great blessing to many who have asked for a mentor but would otherwise not receive one.
